Acceptance of terms

By using Weddingbook you accept these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the service.

Service description

Weddingbook is a digital platform for wedding and event management. The platform allows you to create events, invite guests via SMS, share photos, manage RSVPs and much more.

Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing access with unauthorised parties is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are misused.

User content

You retain all rights to content you upload (photos, texts, speeches, songs). By uploading you grant Weddingbook a limited licence to display and store the content as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe others' rights.

Payment and right of withdrawal

Payment is made as a one-time payment via Stripe. All prices are in DKK incl. VAT. Under EU consumer legislation you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Contact support@weddingbook.dk for a refund.

Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced when possible.

Termination

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@weddingbook.dk.

Limitation of liability

Weddingbook is provided "as is". We are not liable for loss of data, content or revenue resulting from use of the platform, beyond what Danish law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
