Data we collect

We collect the following data when you use Weddingbook: - Name, email and phone number (on registration and invitation) - Photos and videos (uploaded to the album, incl. EXIF/GPS data) - Chat messages, speeches and song lyrics - RSVP responses, allergies and food preferences - Analytics data (anonymised, no personal identification)

Services we use

Your data is processed by the following services: - Supabase (database and file storage, EU-west-1) - Resend (email delivery) - GatewayAPI / Twilio (SMS delivery) - Stripe (payment processing) - Vercel (hosting) - Upstash (caching and rate limiting) All services are GDPR compliant and data remains within the EU where possible.

Analytics and cookies

We use our own anonymised analytics system. We use no third-party cookies or tracking services such as Google Analytics. We only set necessary session cookies for login and functionality.
